I have always had a passion for fitness and enjoy helping and supporting people through their fitness and wellness goals.
I dedicate my time to coaching people with strength and conditioning after an injury or support with physical condition.
Additionally; I support and motivate people who are looking to lose weight safely and effectively.
With my advice and knowledge, I create a balance between optimum mobility and self-confidence that brings people wellness and happiness.

Martin works closely with the F.A as a Medical Tutor and is well regarded in this field of expertise. Martin is passionate about teaching First Aid and believes in a two way teaching environment.
